If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use or access our learning platform.

• Security Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password or third-party OAuth sign-in credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Diverse Curriculum: YuYa Lab offers structured Engineering courses (Web, Python, Rust, AI) and Foreign Language courses (Japanese, German, English, Spanish).
• Free Tier & Premium Access: Free starter lessons and playgrounds are accessible to all registered users. Advanced modules, downloadable source code, and full curriculums require an active Premium membership.
• Curriculum Availability: We strive to ensure uninterrupted course access, but we may periodically update, enhance, or deprecate specific lessons to keep curriculums aligned with industry standards.
• စုံလင်သော သင်ရိုးများ - YuYa Lab သည် Engineering သင်တန်းများ (Web, Python, Rust, AI) နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားဘာသာစကား သင်တန်းများ (ဂျပန်၊ ဂျာမန်၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်၊ စပိန်) ကို စနစ်တကျ သင်ကြားပေးပါသည်။

• သင်ရိုး မွမ်းမံမှုများ - သင်တန်းများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ရယူနိုင်စေရန် ကြိုးပမ်းထားသော်လည်း နည်းပညာတိုးတက်မှုနှင့်အညီ သင်ခန်းစာများကို အခါအားလျော်စွာ အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Verification

• Membership Plans: Premium access is offered on flexible monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• Local Payment Verification: Payments made via authorized local mobile banking and digital wallets are verified manually by our administrative team upon receipt of the transaction slip screenshot.
• Activation: Premium benefits are activated once payment confirmation is verified, usually within a short processing window.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Because digital course materials, playgrounds, and source code repositories are immediately accessible upon enrollment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once verified.

• ပြန်အမ်းငွေ မူဝါဒ - ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် သင်ခန်းစာများ၊ Playground များနှင့် Source Code များကို ချက်ချင်း ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာနိုင်သည့်အတွက် အတည်ပြုပြီးသော သင်တန်းကြေးများကို ပြန်လည်အမ်းငွေ (Refund) ထုတ်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
5. Intellectual Property & Personal Learning License
၅။ ဉာဏပစ္စည်း မူပိုင်ခွင့်နှင့် တစ်ဦးတည်း သင်ယူခွင့်
• Exclusive Ownership: All course videos, curriculum materials, audio recordings, exercises, graphics, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of YuYa Lab and its authorized instructors.
• Limited License: Enrolled students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for personal, non-commercial educational study.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not record, screen-capture, re-upload, distribute, sell, or publicly share any part of the course materials without prior written consent from YuYa Lab.
• သီးသန့် မူပိုင်ခွင့် - သင်တန်း ဗီဒီယိုများ၊ သင်ရိုးများ၊ အသံဖိုင်များ၊ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းများနှင့် ဝဘ်ဆိုက် ကုဒ်များသည် YuYa Lab နှင့် သင်ကြားသူများ၏ သီးသန့် ဉာဏပစ္စည်း မူပိုင်ခွင့် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
• ကိုယ်ပိုင် လေ့လာခွင့် - ကျောင်းသားများအနေဖြင့် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် ပညာသင်ယူရန်အတွက်သာ လွှဲပြောင်းခွင့်မရှိသော လိုင်စင်ကို ရရှိပါသည်။

6. User Conduct & Code Playground Rules
၆။ အသုံးပြုသူ လိုက်နာရန် စည်းကမ်းများနှင့် Code Playground
• Responsible Code Execution: Our interactive playgrounds and code runner tools are intended solely for educational practice and testing course exercises.
• Prohibited Code: You must not execute malicious scripts, launch denial-of-service attacks, attempt sandbox escape, or deploy automated scanning tools against our infrastructure.
• Respectful Community: Comments, discussions, and Q&A interactions must remain respectful, professional, and free from harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• တာဝန်သိစွာ ကုဒ်စမ်းသပ်ခြင်း - Interactive Playground နှင့် Code Runner များကို သင်ခန်းစာ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းများ လက်တွေ့ စမ်းသပ်ရန်အတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုရပါမည်။
• တားမြစ်ထားသော ကုဒ်များ - စနစ်အား နှောင့်ယှက်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် Malicious Scripts များ၊ DoS တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ သို့မဟုတ် လုံခြုံရေး စနစ်ကို ဖောက်ထွင်းရန် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို လုံးဝ တားမြစ်ပါသည်။

7. Verified Certificates of Completion
၇။ သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ် ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း
• Eligibility: Verified completion certificates are awarded to Premium members who finish 100% of required lessons, practical exercises, and course evaluations.
• Authenticity: Each certificate includes a unique verification code that can be validated online by employers or educational institutions.
• Academic Status: Certificates demonstrate course completion and practical knowledge within YuYa Lab; they do not represent formal accredited university degrees unless expressly stated.
• ရယူနိုင်သူများ - သတ်မှတ်ထားသော သင်ခန်းစာများနှင့် လက်တွေ့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းများကို ၁၀၀% ပြီးမြောက်သော Premium ကျောင်းသားများအား အတည်ပြု သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ် ထုတ်ပေးပါသည်။
• စစ်မှန်မှု အတည်ပြုချက် - လက်မှတ်တစ်ခုချင်းစီတွင် သီးသန့် Verification Code ပါဝင်ပြီး အလုပ်ရှင်များနှင့် ပြင်ပမှ အလွယ်တကူ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပါသည်။
• အဆင့်အတန်း - ဤလက်မှတ်များသည် YuYa Lab တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သင်ယူပြီးမြောက်မှုကို သက်သေပြုခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး တရားဝင် တက္ကသိုလ် ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီ မဟုတ်ပါ။
8. Account Suspension & Termination
၈။ အကောင့် ရပ်စဲခြင်းနှင့် ပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်း
• Right to Terminate: YuYa Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in copyright infringement, or abuse our infrastructure, without prior notice.
• Voluntary Closure: You may request the voluntary deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support desk.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• 'As-Is' Educational Platform: YuYa Lab services and curriculum content are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Service Availability: While we endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Direct Damages Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YuYa Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
